The high torque 70 watt, 30,000 rpm spindle is perfect for rapid production of signs, plaques and control panels in both plastics and metals. The digital AC Servo brushless motors provide unmatched precision over all three axes. Benefiting from an auto surface detection system, the EGX-400 will consistently engrave the same depth on uneven surface, reducing set up time and operator intervention.
The EGX-400 range incorporates advanced controller techniques such as FFP (Feed Forward Processing), which anticipates tool movement. This increases speed and improves accuracy. Job sharing for rapid production on more than one machine is possible using the integrated multimedia memory card reader.
